About Us
Sparky started out racing at the age of 8 years old back in 1996. He raced at HRKC (Hampton Roads Kart Club) as well as Dixieland and Margarettsville. After winning the stock lite championchip in 2003 with HRKC we decided to move to a saturday night car and bought a Legend car. From 2005 to 2022 we have ran Legends across Virginia and North Carolina winning 2 state titles. Along the way we caught the winter time itch and bought a Arena car, racing with Arena Racing USA for several seasons. After a GREAT start to 2022 that started with a outside pole and a pole, it quickly came to a bitter end in both races. Moving into 2023 we have sold the Legend and moving into LLM (limited late model)
Crystal stated racing Ucars in 2021 but was plagued with growing pains of a rookie driver and a fresh built car. With only being able to make 5 starts in 2021 she as able to race as a rookie in 2022, where as was able to bring home a 10th place finish in points as well as rookie of the year, even though she missed one race. For the 2023 season she will have a fresh built car after the other was wrecked in the last race of the year, luckily lessons learned and more driving experience will lead to a more sucessfull 2023 season.
